Great find for Italian wine lovers!
I was hunting for a good deal on Barolo and stumbled upon Grappolo. Their selection of Boutique Italian Wines is really impressive, and I found a fantastic 2016 Vajra Bricco delle Viole for 27% off, which was a steal compared to Wine.com. The checkout process was pretty smooth, and I just entered the code at the end like usual. My only tiny nitpick is I wish they offered more detailed tasting notes on some of the lesser-known bottles, but thats just a small thing. Good wine, slow shipping
I ordered a case of Primitivo from Grappolo. The wine itself was good for the price, definitely unique compared to what I usually find locally. Shipping to California took about 7 business days, which felt a bit long. I appreciated the careful packaging, but I wish delivery was a bit faster.
Amazing Italian Red Wine Case!
Grappolo is my new favorite! I ordered their Italian Red Wine Case and every single bottle was a winner. The Sangiovese was especially delicious. It arrived so well-packaged, everything was perfect. I'm already planning my next order for their Brunello di Montalcino. You just can't find these kinds of unique, family-owned wines anywhere else. I've been telling everyone about this place!
Enjoyed the Montepulciano
I grabbed a few bottles of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo last month. My friend told me about this site. The wine was really good, I liked it a lot. It got to my place in Texas pretty quick too, like 4 days. Easy to order, no fuss. Will probably check out their other red wines soon.
Consistently good experience
This was my third time ordering from Grappolo, and they're still reliable. I picked up a Mixed Wine Case this time, and as usual, the selection was interesting. Last time I got a Valpolicella Ripasso that was fantastic. Their customer service has always been quick to respond to my questions. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and the wines are always high quality for the price.
